    This document outlines the Turnaround Timelines (TATs) applicable to the services provided by Reliassure Insurance Brokers Private Limited, in compliance with the IRDAI Guidelines on Insurance E-commerce dated 9th March 2017 and Master Circular on Protection of Policyholders' Interests, 2024, dated 5th September 2024.

    Written communication of decisions on the proposal / raising additional requirements on the proposal7 days from date of proposal receipt or request for further info, whichever is later
    Further details on proposal form7 days from the date of receipt of the proposal form in one-go
    Requests for refund towards free look cancellation, surrender and withdrawal; refund of proposal deposit; refund of outstanding proposal deposit, if any7 days from date of request received, whichever is later
    Post-issuance servicing requests7 days from date of request / last required document received, whichever is later
    Resolution of grievance14 days from date of grievance receipt

    SERVICE TAT – LIFE INSURANCE
