This document outlines the Turnaround Timelines (TATs) applicable to the services provided by Reliassure Insurance Brokers Private Limited, in compliance with the IRDAI Guidelines on Insurance E-commerce dated 9th March 2017 and Master Circular on Protection of Policyholders' Interests, 2024, dated 5th September 2024.
